Have you ever feel nauseous or dizzy when you wanted stand up after a long time sitting or laying down on bed? Well, you might have low blood pressure or hypotension. This condition was caused by the low number of blood volume in your body.

According to Healthline, a normal blood pressure in every people wi be around 90/60 to 120/80 mm Hg. However, for people with certain case with lower or higher number of blood volume might be considere as normal depends on their condition.

This condition might be affected from certain condition and age. Younger people commonly have this case for the doing some strict diet. Some other cause were dehydration, too much eat, allergic reaction, medivmcation effect, pregnancy and many more.

Dtink more water to hydrate your body. Make sure you have enough water so your blood will run effectively throughout your veins. Lack of water will just make your blood pressure drop down. For yoyr notification choose water instead of those sweet drinks especially those with alcohols.

2. Take some Foods Rich with Vitamin B-12

Severa foods like egg, cereals, red meats are the best source for vitamin B-12.  This vitamin will help to boost your blood volume and get the symptoms away within an hour. Lack of consuming this vitamin will only cause liw blood pressure and make your body to from the symptoms.

3. Take Enough Folate

Food rich within folate will be a good source to spike your blood volume. You could have have these from eggs, leafy greens like spinach and papaya leaves, oranges, beans, peas, and liver. These foods will help you raise the blood volume and keep you away from low blood pressure.

4. Eat Salty Foods

Consuming more salty foods will help you to tackle this episode. You coyld add pinchnof salt on your food or just grab a canned soup, salted fish, pickles,  and more. Just make sure you have enough salt and not too much.

5. Drink Coffee
